<Number of employees : Total : 13 persons Japanese: TBC > <Report Line : TH Manager (M) > <Team Member: Sales Assistant 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Various Industrial Machinery and Equipment> <Clients: Manufacturing company & oversea> Oversea clients: subsidiary company/ other company <Saturday Working: None> <Position Objective/Expectation > - Export 50%, Import 50% - Responsible for coordinating tasks between sales and clients. *Have task which contact directly with client <Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery process. - Coordinate with customers - Coordinate with Shipping for both Import and Export process. - Documentary work; shipping documents such as Export Invoice, Sales documents ex. Quotation, payment related document such as invoice, billing etc. - Monitor inventory control. - Collect & input all data/ information in company system. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields. - New graduates or experience as Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator / Sales Administration in any company - Advance conversation middle level in English (Coordinate with suppliers and clients) - Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) - Strong coordination & negotiation skills, able to solve unexpected difficulties - Comfort to do OT if needed <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Able to start immediately - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Logistics - Good knowledge of Import and Export process - Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV(ERP)
