Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and respond to quotations by obtaining pricing from suppliers in Japan and Thailand - Handle order entry, sales processing, and invoice issuance - Coordinate incoming goods, including sorting, delivery arrangements, and schedule management - Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners - Conduct customer follow-ups and sales activities via phone while working in an inside sales capacity - Support day-to-day sales operations and perform general internal duties typical of a trading company - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 3 years of work experience in Sales or Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator *if no work experience for those jobs, but you are willing to try, it's welcome - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese members **TOEIC 600 over is must - Microsoft skill (Word, Excel, etc.) - Not a job hopper <Personality> - A proactive and self-motivated individual who does not rely on instructions and can take initiative - Candidates without prior experience are welcome, provided they have a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges - Someone who is committed to building a stable career and not a frequent job hopper - Strong communication skills, with an understanding of workplace hierarchy and professional relationships - Experience working for a Japanese company is not required; however, candidates who are familiar with Japanese working styles or have an interest in Japanese culture are highly preferred <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience in the electronics industry
