Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle all sale orders, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related supporting documents for all customers. - Ensure 100% on-time billing and debt collection from all customers. - Manage import part inventory control to prevent major failures. - Coordinate with customer and factory teams to complete assigned tasks without major failures. - Handle all invoices and billing to all domestic customers. - Manage all price-related matters and part list control within the D365 system. - Manage import part business from the company group, including handling customer forecasts and demand. - Support the preparation of report summaries as assigned. - Control powdered metal-related documentation and adhere to IATF standards.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years Experiences in sales administration or sales coordinator from trading or manufacturing company (with experience in inventory control and invoicing & ordering process) - Familiarity with ERP systems or related software (e.g., Dynamic 365) - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with specific customers,internal communicateion and sales documents) <In details> - Skills in coordination and collaboration with customers and internal teams. - Ability to handle sales orders, invoices, billing, and debt collection. - Proficient in inventory control and management. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Dynamic 365 knowledge - Knowledge of documentation control and adherence to quality standards (e.g., IATF). - Experience in Japanese company - Experience in Powdered Metal or Automotive parts
