Sales - Assistant Manager（Suvarnabhumi Airport Branch） (38K–48K) (SDG-110925) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (สาขาสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ) <Job responsibilities> - Develop and retain customers by offering customized and strategic solutions to their needs. - Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand new customer base. - Organize, update and keep records of customers. - Meet and exceed all sales KPIs as directed by the management team. - Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of the new customer even coordinating with other branches, warehouses, and transport. - Issue quotation as customer requested. - Handle with complaints and solve any issue for improving customer satisfaction. - Make Weekly, Monthly, and yearly sales activities, profit, and other related report. - Other tasks assigned by Manager <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - พัฒนาและรักษาลูกค้าด้วยการนำเสนอโซลูชั่นแบบกำหนดเองและมีกลยุทธ์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการ - ค้นหาสัญญาและลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ - จัดระเบียบ อัปเดต และเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า - บรรลุและเกินเป้าหมาย KPI การขายทั้งหมดตามที่ทีมผู้บริหารกำหนด - ติดตามการสอบถามใหม่ของลูกค้าใหม่ รวมถึงการประสานงานกับสาขาอื่นๆ คลังสินค้าและการขนส่งอื่นๆ - ออกใบเสนอราคาตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ - รับมือกับข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า - จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย กำไร และรายงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน และรายปี - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
