Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Develop sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market
Ø Approach new potential customers and distributors
Ø Manage sales team in terms of team performance and individual KPI
Ø Manage team and guide new sales staff
Ø Measure and analyze results for the precise and reliable procedures
Ø Provide report to management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 30-45 years
Ø Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Ø Sales experience in Leasing or Bank or others in finance field
Ø Strong management experience and had achievement as a Sales
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Strong awareness of risk/return business opportunities
Ø Own a driving license
Language skills:
English: Advance Conversation level/Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
