Responsibilities:
- In charge of Sales Staff Guidance/Report coordinating with the Manager
- Assist the sales management, validation and guidance, operating status and sales report
- Responsible for the instructions of Inventory Control (quantity, delivery), delivery management (consignment company use)
- Responsible for the instructions of quality management (proper verification, validation and improvement), waste management, etc.
- Mainly in charge of the leading manufacturer clients i.e. Honda, Kubota, Yamaha, Toyota Motor, Isuzu Motor, etc.
- Assist the business development with the new clients (Japanese companies)
- Visit the clients with the Sales staff when necessary
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualification:
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age 30-50
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Sales as a Supervisor
- PC Skill (MS Office)
- Staff Coaching Experience
- Able to visit clients in the suburb areas (1-2 hours from Bangkok)
- Japanese speakers
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal & communication skills
- Great leadership with excellent presentation skills
- Work experience in automotive manufactures (Sales/Management)
- Driver license with his own car (Negotiable)
