Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives - Identify and develop new customer segments while improving customer retention - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and risks - Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution - Monitor sales performance and prepare KPI-driven reports for management - Manage sales planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation activities - Provide strategic insights supported by data and performance analysis - Drive revenue growth while developing the sales team and enhancing customer satisfaction
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in related field - At least 7 of experience in Sales with background in Logistics / Supply Chain business or Warehouse including management experiences - Having experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader or AM - Strong skills in sales planning, customer relationship management, and target achievement - Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - Conversational to high level of English (able to communicate with Japanese management and client) - Good personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and passion for growth - Own a car and possess a valid driving license
