Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while expanding business through new customer acquisition and new market development.
- Build trust and maintain regular communication with key clients, ensuring effective follow-up on all opportunities.
- Manage the progress and delivery schedules of orders (including RFQ handling) and provide sales reports in line with the business plan.
- Manage the sales team, including coaching, developing, and setting performance goals for local staff.
- Collaborate and coordinate roles with the Assistant Manager to maintain a productive and positive team environment.
- Share information and report regularly to the Japan HQ, including updates on sales plans, pricing, and customer trends.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and incorporate insights into sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments to support customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and corporate guidelines.
- Other assigned duties

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5-year experience as B2B sales in manufacturing or trading companies (industrial product)
- Conversational high level of Japanese and English (For internal and external commutation with HQ)
- Proactive and positive with new challenges. 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Management experience
- Working experience in trading companies for electronics
