Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To make forecasts of the team's target to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales - To establish and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth - To introduce products, services, or techniques to increase customer satisfaction - To look after pre-sales and post-sales activities with customers - To make reports of expenses, revenue, and sales to the management team - Attend conventions, trade shows, and visit customers, including travel for a business trip - Other tasks assigned by the Managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field - At least 3 years of Experience as a Sales B2B in a Textile, Apparel, or Chemical Company - At least 1 year of Experience in management with subordinates - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with international clients such as the Middle East, Japan, and China) - Able to go business trip (depending on the project) <In Details> - Motivational speaking experience - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in an International Company - Experience in International Sales - Able to speak Japanese
