Job Description
• **The main mission is price negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers, problem analysis, demand-supply balance analysis, and response. • CDD will be mainly responsible for existing customers (10-15 Clients). • Respond to customers’ requirements. • Annual and monthly sales planning management and summarize sale reports to present weekly, monthly, and upon request • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities • Provide regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new businesses. • Tracking customer volume performance and updating the latest customer status in the system • Advise the team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions and key operational gaps. • Manage credit control • Other assigned tasks • Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri, *Saturday: one time per month)
Job Requirement
• Age 30-45 years • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Female preferred • At least 5 years of sales experience in trading and steel or automotive company • Conversational high level of English (Internal & clients/suppliers communicate, email, report) • Able to use standard MS office • Person who can update the details to report line proactively • (Such as providing regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new businesses.) • Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Holding a car license (company car provided) • Conversational high level of Japanese is preferable • Working experience in Japanese company is preferable • Management experience more than 3 people is preferable • Languages skills English : Conversational Japanese : None
