Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Sales activities for resin products (PA6, PA66, PBT, etc.) to customers such as automotive parts and electronics manufacturers. - Technical and commercial negotiations with customers, price negotiation, sales and delivery management. - Collect and analyze market information in Thailand and the ASEAN region. - Coordinate with technical and production departments to propose solutions and products. - Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Japan headquarters, other overseas offices, and distributors. (Oversee client 70-80%) - Supervise and train subordinates, and manage various performance indicators (for manager-level positions).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 year as B2B Sales *experience and negotiation experience with Japanese clients. - At least 2 years in management level - Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) - Adaptability and flexibility for overseas assignments. - Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). - Company provide car and driver when visit client <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in the resin industry and/or automotive industry is preferred.
