<Number of employees: Total: 30 Local: 28 Japanese: 2 > <Report Line: JP Manager 35 years old> <Team Member: 3 People (chief 39age female, 2 sales coordinator female 30s )> <Number of Subordinates: 3 > <Products: Trading of Special Steel (Bars/Wire rods), Steel sheets, Parts for heavy industries (automotive, construction, etc.) > <Clients: Any manufacturing companies especially Japanese company > <Saturday: one time per month > <Position objective> - Able to perform trading company work (especially price negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers, problem analysis, demand-supply balance analysis, and response) <Job Responsibilities> **The main mission is price negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers, problem analysis, demand-supply balance analysis, and response. - CDD will be mainly responsible for existing customers (10-15 Clients). - Visit to customer office (Chachoengsao、Bangkok) about once every three months by company car (need drive by themself) - Respond to customers’ requirements. - Annual and monthly sales planning management and summarize sale reports to present weekly, monthly, and upon request - Monitor market trends and competitors' activities - Provide regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new businesses. - Tracking customer volume performance and updating the latest customer status in the system - Advise the team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions and key operational gaps. - Manage credit control - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 10 years of Sales experience in trading or steel or automotive company - Conversational middle - high level of English (Internal & clients/suppliers communicate, email, report) - Able to use standard MS office - Person who can update the details to report line proactively (Such as providing regular updates to ensure accurate forecasts are in place for both existing and new businesses.) - Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Holding a car license (company car provided) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational high level of Japanese - Working Experience in Japanese company - Management experience more than 3 people
