<Number of employees : Total :565 Local : 560 Japanese : 5 > <Report Line : Japanese GM, Thai Sales Manager > <Team Member: Around 5persons> <Number of Subordinates: Depends on your skills, Around 3members > <Products: Automotive parts > <Clients: Automotive industry > <Saturday Working: 1times per month ( depends on company calendar ) > <Position objective > - Sales for existing clients and control sales process in internal (No have visiting client, only in factory ) <Job Responsibilities> - Sales to existing clients such as Japanese company and Foreign affiliated - Suggest and calculate costing prices and selling price - Solve problems with existing clients in sales process - Coordinate between clients and production department etc - Training and support subordinate - Plan to monthly and yearly plan according to KPI results - Interpret with Thai to Japan in meeting - Coordinate with Japan HQ as phone call and email - Report to Japanese manager and Thai manager - Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3years experience as sales or sales coordinator in Japanese or Foreign affiliated manufacturing company (※ calculating selling price for products by clients) - Experience manage some subordinates ( at least 3pepple) - Business level of Japanese (Up to N2) Personality : Good communication skills with internal department <Preferable Skill / Experience> - 3years experience as assistant manager level in more than 100members of factory - Work or study in Japan - Can join immediately
