<Job Expectations>
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the market
- Develop sales plans for each sales period
- Forecast sales performance and targets
- Create promotional and sales support plans
- Read drawing and estimate the price
[New Customer Acquisition – 50%]
- Plan and set clear goals for acquiring new customers
- Track and evaluate the progress of new customer acquisition efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key potential clients
[Existing Customer Retention – 50%]
- Define strategies for maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular visits and engagement with major customers
[Other Assigned Tasks]
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor in Marketing, Science or any related fileds
- At least 5 yeas as OEM Sales in Rubber and plastic for automotive
- Supervisor Level is a must
- Can read drawing (2D, 3D)
- Conversational level high in English (for communicating with clients and suppliers)
- Have own car with driving license (Company provide car maintenance)
- Able to visit client 3-5 days/week
- Experience in finding new customers

- Strong negotiation and coordination skills with customers
- High tolerance for pressure and the ability to work under stress
- Skilled in monitoring and controlling tasks to ensure they align with the plan
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and effective team management abilities
<Preferable>
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Bachelor degree in Science focus on rubber or polymer
