Sales Assistant Manager-Manager position (JP) (45K–67K) (SDG-116477) <Job responsibilities> - Visit customers and give technical presentations on our plastic injection molding machine. - Write a Sales activity report after visiting customers. - Make a quotation, negotiate the price with customers, and adjust the lead time of the machine with our factory. - There are 2 Thai sales staff, and they are expected to manage 2 staff, and support the Thai senior manager. - Develop new clients based on the list *Go to customer site 2-3 days per week by company car with own drive *Client area is Rayong, Chonburi, Ayutthaya, Chachoengsao, etc *The percentage of Existing and New clients ' Existing 50 %：New 50 % - Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 48 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any field - At least 6 years of working experience as a sales at a manufacturing company - At least 2 years of management experience - Conversational mid-high level of Japanese (N2 up) for both internal and external communication - Conversational mid-high level of English for mainly internal documentation - Excellent Problem-Solving and analytical skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Sales of injection Machines.
