<Number of employees : Total : 465 Local : 456 Japanese : 9 > <Report Line : Japanese GM > <Team Member: 7 (including GM)> <Number of Subordinates: 5 ( Local, female) ＋1 assistant manager (Local) > <Products: Manufacture and sale of high-strength bolts for Auto-Mobiles Geomet / Dacro processing. > <Clients: Tear 1- Tear 3 (Auto-mobiles industry) > <Saturday Working: depends on customer and company situation > <Job Responsibilities> - Sell their products to Auto-Mobiles company - Managing subordinates ＊Subordinates are not sales it seems like assistant (making documents) - Participant to conference with other MG, GM - Make a relationship with customer - Other tasks might be assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 10 years sales experience - At least 5 years sales experience relating with Auto-mobiles industry - Have a experience of management subordinates - Strong motivation for achieving sales target - Have own car - Business level of Japanese ( including reading and writing skill) - Working experience in Japanese company <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Be able to speak English
