Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and expand new business opportunities with non-Japanese customers. - Serve as the primary contact window for customers during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase. - Coordinate closely with manufacturing plants and suppliers to support customer requirements and project execution. - Manage customer communications regarding product specifications, deadlines, and project status. - Lead negotiations with customers while balancing technical requirements, costs, and delivery expectations. - Understand and support quality, production, and supply chain processes related to EMS manufacturing. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction. - Analyze customer needs and propose suitable manufacturing solutions. - Support issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in any field. - 8 years of experience in sales assistant manager to manager within EMS, manufacturing, or related industries. - Conversational high-level to Business-level English communication skills (TOEIC 800+ preferred). - Experience handling Western/non-Japanese customers. - Experience in multinational or Western company environments. - Understanding of Quality Control (QC/QA) and production processes. - Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and customer requirements management. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in SMT process management (3+ years). - Familiarity with IPC standards (especially IPC-A-610). - Knowledge of AOI inspection and SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) processes. - Experience working with Class 3 PCB manufacturing requirements. - Understanding of defect analysis and manufacturing quality improvement. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment.
