Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Oversee the sales department (1 Japanese staff, 3 Thai staff)
Develop sales plans and manage & support the team to achieve targets.
・Conduct sales activities for both domestic and international clients (overseas travel required)
New business : Existing business ratio = 30:70
・Coordinate and plan new product development (in collaboration with the manufacturing plant)
・Manage product cost control
・Prepare reports and materials, and coordinate with the head office in Japan
Job Requirement
<Required Qualifications>
・At least 5 years of corporate sales experience in manufacturing or mechanical trading companies or related product.
・Conversational High to Business-level English proficiency (All client negotiations, internal communication, and team management will be conducted in English and able to communicate well with Foreigner)
・Conversational high level of Japanese N1-N2 (To communicate with Japanese client)
・Willingness to travel overseas (ASEAN countries).
※ A company car with a driver will be provided for sales activities.
<Preferred Qualifications>
・Management experience (preferably with experience managing foreign staff).
・Able to stand alone manage and organize work by them self.
