Work outline: Responsible for achieving individuals sales target and deliver sales coaching for team members. Company focuses more on individuals’ sales target
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct sales activity to clients.
Ø Update sales activity or potential sales to sales manager.
Ø Coaching sales team to improve their sales performance and achieve bigger sales target.
Ø Handle sales task for company’s variety products/ services.
Ø Write SOP to describe clients’ order condition and share with CS team to perform booking.
Ø Create billing/invoice/quotation to complete sales task.
Ø Visit client in BKK or non-BKK area with owned-car/owned-drive.
(Depends on personal schedule. Not a must task)
Ø If visit clients in non-BKK area, no need to come back to the office.
Ø If visit clients in BKK area, need to come to the office in the morning session (on-time).
Ø Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 27-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Ø At least 2-3 years of experience in sales logistics functions, or any related products/services.
Ø Welcome candidates with sales background in sea freight/ air freight/ custom clearance/ warehousing (import/export, DG Cargo, Warehouse management).
Ø Have clients in hand that can be company’s new client.
Ø Proactive/ Sales-oriented personality
Preferable:
Ø Punctual, Good communication skill
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Ø Good personality
Language skills:
English: Advanced conversational
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong or BTS Thonglor
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am- 17.30pm
