<Job Responsibilities> ■Technical Sales & Business Development: - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential opportunities for business growth. - Create new businesses with existing/new clients from their business seeds and needs. - Provide technical expertise during client meetings and sales presentations. ■Team Support & Operations: - Assist Department Management and Senior Leadership in overseeing daily operations and team projects. - Input data into ERP systems and manage internal documents related to contracts and credit applications. - Handle trade and transaction-related documents (e.g., shipping documents) to ensure smooth delivery. - Co-work and negotiate with other branches/subsidiaries of Trading group. ■Reporting & Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends. - Analyze technical data to support departmental decision-making. ■Project Coordination: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Coordinate between related parties and customers to provide effective solutions. ■Other Duties: - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant standards. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department and company-wide. - Handle other ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Engineering within the chemical or related industries. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data management, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation). - High level of accuracy in document preparation, data entry, and contract management. - Conversational High- Business level proficiency in English (capable of handling trade documents, technical communication, and professional emails). - Bachelor's Degree <Preferable Skill/ Experience> <Personality> - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. - Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and passion for the role. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Willingness to share the skill and knowledge with colleagues with positive mind.
