Job Description

 
<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers in both domestic and overseas markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Present company products, technical solutions, and proposals to local and international clients.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Logistics) to ensure effective customer support.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, overseas meetings, and customer visits as required.
- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities, maintaining regular contact with prospects and clients.
- Prepare sales reports, marketing analysis, and customer data for internal management review.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or Business development experience in the engineering plastic parts industry.
- At least 2 years of a management role
- Experience in the plastic injection molding business and related processes.
- Conversational, High level of English. (To use with overseas clients and Japanese managers via Face to Face, email, and documents)
- Able to visit the client at the Central Region, Chonburi, and Lamphun (Depending on the client) by company car with driver 
- Good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Not a job hopper.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in electronics, automotive industry
- Able to read a drawing (AutoCAD)
- Have working experience in a Japanese company.
