Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Promote and demonstrate DAS machinery (e.g., TORIDAS, YIELDAS) to enhance productivity and improve yield.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in new and potential projects.
- Consult customers on new technologies and market trends and share insights internally.
- Prepare technical proposals, ROI analysis, and sales documentation from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with engineering, service, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and report annual sales targets to management, and summarize and report key project opportunities to management.
- Analyze customer needs in meat/poultry processing operations and provide suitable automation solutions. Analyze customer and competitor markets for business improvement.
- Delegate and guide tasks clearly to team members, and delegate basic administrative tasks like budgeting, quotations, and scheduling to subordinates.
- Conduct post-installation follow-up, collect performance data, and deliver after-sales support.
- Participate in trade shows and support marketing activities related to DAS products.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of proposals and terms provided to customers to align with the company's policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales from industrial machinery, automation, or food processing equipment.
- Have Driving license (company provide car for business purpose)
- Technical understanding of automation systems, mechanical components, and production line operations.
- Strong data analysis and ROI calculation skills.
- Familiarity with pre-sales/post-sales processes and customer support cycles.
- Conversation High level in English. (To communicate with oversea clients and  internal comunication)
- Willingness to travel for client visits and project follow-ups.
- Able to work in overseas (Business trip in India, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Australia) / 1 per month

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and team-focused.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with deboning systems, yield improvement technologies, or poultry processing equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of food industry hygiene standards and operational challenges is preferred.
- Japanese language
-  Own car is plus.
