Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Accompany Japanese sales staff on client visits and provide Japanese language and communication support - Prepare quotations and related documents for sales projects - Support both existing and new customer sales activities - Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments - Provide sales support operations such as order processing, delivery coordination, and basic negotiation support - Support sales activities for a variety of products across multiple categories - Join overseas business trips as required - Participate in in-house training programs in Thailand - Perform other duties as assigned by management - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in sales support/assistant at a trading company - Experience working with Japanese staff or Japanese-related business - Conversational high level of Japanese *JLPT N2 or above (For communication with Japanese sales members) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in preparing quotations and handling basic administrative tasks - Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate smoothly with internal departments
