Clients: Home Electronics Manufacturing. <Saturday Working: None> <Position Objective/Expectation> To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for sales activities, ensuring efficient order processing, import-export compliance, and customer service for an electric/electronic materials trading company. <Job Responsibilities> - Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email - Manage and control inventory, orders, delivery methods, and delivery schedules (customers/suppliers) - Prepare and manage BOI and TISI (Thai Industrial Standards Institute)reporting documents - Support import procedures - Review supplier quotations and issue quotations to customers - Prepare invoices - Other duties assigned <Remark> - Order processing, delivery management, and customer coordination: 80% - BOI, import and export tasks: 20% - Career path: Sales Admin → Import/Export and BOI → Sales position in the future
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 2 years of work experience in sales, sales assistant, or sales coordinator roles within a manufacturing or trading company. - Conversational high level of Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or N3) to communicate with Japanese management. - Conversational middle level of English for email and document communication. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having experience in the electric material/parts industry is preferred.
