Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Interpret and translate in correspondence with the head office in Japan - Translation of documents - Preparation of quotations and sales documents - Contacting customers by email or telephone (primary response) - Accompanying visits to customer sites with sales personnel - Manage and organize job-related documents, schedules, and records - Liaise with internal departments to facilitate sales processes and order fulfillment - Other assigned administrative or support tasks related to sales operations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree from any field - Have working experience for using Japanese in work (Fresh graduates also welcomed) - Conversational mid-high level of Japanese (N3 level / Applicants with equivalent Japanese language level without qualifications are eligible to apply) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Working experience as sales - Have driving license
