Sales Assistant (JP) (38K–50K) (SDG-114753) <Job responsibilities> Japanese-related tasks - Interpret the conversation between the Japanese MD, manager, and Thai staff - Coordinate with HQ in Japanese - Join the meeting with the Japanese manager and Interpret the conversation Sales support tasks - Coordinate with forwarder to ensure and maintain import documentation accurately - Responsible for checking orders before delivery to clients - Prepare documents such as invoices, POS, and quotations in English - Coordinate with client and forwarder about delivery schedule and method - Support inventory control by using Excel - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 27 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - More than 5 years of experience as a Sales assistant or Import/Export in trading, logistic,s or manufacturing company - Person who handled documents for import/Export - Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up/ To communicate internally and with some specific clients via email) - Conversational Middle level of English - Excel skill to manage inventory control <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working Experience in a small-sized company ‐ Can join immediately Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 38,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Chemical and Plastic Business Type: General Trading Company;General Chemicals (Electronic Material / Liquid Crystal Material);
