Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide sales support for both existing customers and new business development activities - Assist the sales team in maintaining relationships with distributors and customers, including coordination and follow-up - Support the identification and initial approach of potential new distributors in overseas markets - Coordinate customer visits, including appointment arrangement, document preparation, and follow-up actions - Support basic AutoCAD drawing preparation and simple modifications (mainly 2D) for pre-sales and customer requirements - Assist in preparing technical presentations, product materials, quotations, and basic product demonstrations - Coordinate with internal departments (technical, product, logistics, and administration) to ensure smooth sales operations and order processing - Prepare sales reports, summaries, forecasts, and supporting documents for management and sales planning - Communicate and coordinate with Headquarters in Japanese and with international customers in English - Collect market information and customer feedback, and report to related teams - Support onsite customer visits as assigned (mainly domestic, occasional overseas) - Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or sales assistant roles - AutoCAD skills required (able to read) - Conversational high in Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above) to communicate with headquarters - Conversation middle in English communication skills (both spoken and written) for international external coordination - Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in machinery, machine parts, or related industries (e.g., semiconductor, electronics, automotive) is preferred
