Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide full-cycle support and coordination for the sales team. - Receive customer orders, enter sales data into the ERP system, issue tax invoices, and follow up on orders until the products are delivered to customers. -Coordinate with importers, warehouse staff, and control delivery processes to ensure smooth operations. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of as Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Sales Support,admin from trading, manufacturing, or import-export company - Conversation high level in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with a proficiency level of JLPT N2 or JLPT N3, To communicate with Japanese Management and handle Japanese emails - Conversation Middle in English (For e-mail and document) - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and email. <Personality> - Able to work well under pressure with a high sense of responsibility. - Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team. <Preferable Skill/Experience> - Experience in ERP Program
