Job Description


<Position objective> 
To support business growth by proactively developing and managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing effective sales support to both customers and field sales teams. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, monitoring market and competitor trends, and contributing to overall team and company goals through strong coordination, communication, and collaboration.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand your own department's mid-term strategy/tactics and plan your own tactics.
- Execute tactics against your own customers	 	 	 
- Track progress towards personal goals	 	 	 	 
- Report customer/competitor information.	 	 	 
- Reporting team action to manager on weekly basis	 	 	 
- Basically work at office. (Mail/Call/Online MTG).	 	 	 
- Gather necessary information from customer.	 	 	 
- Provide suitable solution and component to customer	 	 
- Contact in-active customer list to reactivate these customer.	 	 
- Follow-up new lead and create new potential customer.	 	 
- Pass potential (Have project) customer to field sales.	 	 
- Manage customer communication in Sales Force system. (SF)	 	 
- Keep update SF customer/contact info continuously to improve inforamtion quality.
- Research market information and report to Sales team for creating new customer.
- Attend Exhbition to gather new lead during the event.	 	 
- Visit potential exhibitions to gather new lead and competitor info during the event.
- Support Field Sales person, ex. Make quotation, demo inquiry/get back, customer Q&A support.
- Support Filed Sales task, billing / payment / reciept, new customer registration handlling.
- Proactively cooperate in office activity/task to build team relationship.	 
- Proactively cooperate in office activity/task to achieve company goal	 
- Proactively share your thoughts to improve organiazation for achieving company goal
- Other assigned task by the manager. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Sales Assistant or inside sales 
- English conversational high level (Communicate with overseas clients, documents and e-mail)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up)
