About this Job
Work outline: Supporting sales team and also responsible for general admin task to support business operation. Sales assistant 70% and GA 30%
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Assistant
Ø Preparation for sales related documents such as price proposals
Ø Coordinate order with customers (mainly inter-company) as well as Purchasing and Accounting team within Engineering
Ø Receive the request and/ or complaint , collect the information, rising to each department who responsible for the issue and return the answer to the customer
GA
Ø Screening of all incoming and referring callers to appropriate person.
Ø Travel arrangement support for colleagues / visitors (occasional task)
Ø Document preparation for Visa purpose
Ø Monitoring the office supply and requesting the order.
Ø Courier and messenger arrangement
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 25-32 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Ø 3+ years of experience as a customer service or sales coordinator
Ø Good command of English communication (Speaking/ Writing)
Ø Good interpersonal
Ø Energetic personality
Ø Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word)
Preferable:
Ø Understand about the incoterm would be a plus
Ø Proficiency in another language (Chinese)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
