Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Follow and comply with the company’s work procedures and policies. - Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate with both domestic and overseas sales teams, PC department, and other related departments. - Prepare quotations (Product Requests) and issue Purchase Orders according to customer requirements. - Monitor and follow up on customer orders. Issue Stock & Delivery Control / First-In-First-Out documents. - Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer needs and ensure smooth product delivery. - Prepare sales-related reports. - Coordinate with the warehouse regarding product stock (PC Stock) to ensure proper stock management and sales planning. - Support and provide product information, prices, and quotations to customers, including preparing quotations according to customer requirements. - Coordinate quality issues (QC / KAR) with suppliers. - Prepare sales support documents. - Coordinate and follow up with suppliers regarding product quotations. - Coordinate and monitor transportation and logistics processes. - Coordinate communication between customers/suppliers and related departments. - Prepare various reports as assigned by the Manager. - Handle BOI-related duties. - Prepare import-export documentation. - Coordinate BOI applications and related operations. - Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance processes.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Fresh Graduated from Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or Have at least 1-2 years experiences as Sales work, coordination, administrative support from any industry - Conversational Middle or High Level in English (Mostly use with email and speaking sometimes) - Ability to use computers and office software proficiently <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experiences in closing Sales <Personality> - Have communication and coordination skills - Ability to coordinate effectively and solve problems efficiently
