Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support sales documentation such as quotations, invoices, and so on - Coordinate delivery schedule and delivery methods with clients - Prepare documents related to import/export - Manage and control inventory - Coordinate with the Sales team and support them - Handle domestic delivery arrangements including inbound/outbound shipments - Manage inventory and cash flow - Handle label printing and delivery arrangements - Communicate and coordinate with customers - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of experience in sales support, import-export, and logistics in any industry - Experience in a small company and willing to work in a small company - Conversational middle level of English - Willing to learn new things - A person who can respond flexibly to things <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the food industry
