Work Outline: Responsible for all sales support tasks and coordinate with overseas customers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment (mainly Apparel products) in order to support customer requirements
Coordinate with overseas customers (Main is Japanese company)
Generate ordering and shipment control schedule
Prepare and handle sales documents and which included P/O, tax invoice, and follow up delivery schedule with clients
Work closely with Sales
Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, female only, age 23-28 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience in import-export or Sales coordinator
Challenge mind, communication skill and want to learn new things
Have interest in Sales support/ Sales tasks
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in trading field, Sales assistant or import-export
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level (Prefer)
Japanese: Advanced conversation level
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
