Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for web operations and analyzing the required information to meet KPIs and performance and reliability of the e-commerce websites
Operation includes site maintenance and web ads
Responsible for the code deployment process and ensuring changes are sufficiently tested, track defects and ensure sufficient coverage for after-hours support
Providing support for disaster recovery testing, capacity planning and performance tuning for web applications
Managing day-to-day web ads operation
Working closely with the Web Development team to ensure development resources are optimally utilized
Collaborating with IT on scheduled maintenance
Minimizing impact to customers and sales
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 27 - 40
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field
1-3 years’ experience in web ads or web operation (preferably E-Commerce)
Good command of English
Preferred Qualifications
Japanese speaker (Business Level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work experience with Japanese companies
Languages skills:
English: Business level

Working Hour:MON – FRI 8:45 – 17.45
