Duties & Responsibility:
Work outline : Support Sales team by preparing and organizing documents
Clients: Local and Japanese retailers or shops
Products : Beverage
Supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client.
Processing all sales-related paperwork.
Support for sales and marketing activities for promote the revenue
Gathering market and customer information.
Keeping track of sales targets
Answering phone calls
Scheduling diaries
Providing report to sales executives
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Thai Nationality, Female is preferable, Age 24-30
Bachelor degree in any field.
Good PC skill (Microsoft)
Good command in English
At least 1 year experience in coordination work (Any experience is acceptable)
PREFER
Work experience in Japanese companies or understanding Japanese working culture.
Japanese Skill will be advantage.
Languages skills:
THAI :Native
ENGLISH : Advanced Conversation to Business Level (Internal + Retailers)
JAPANESE : Not required but will be advantage
Workplace Area: Office: BTS Sala Daeng MTR Silom
Working Hour:8.00 – 17.00 or 14.00 – 23.00 (Monday – Friday) (Shift work 9 hours)
(May have to work no Saturday or Sunday)

Salary: 20,000THB – 28,000THB
