Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and oversee Area Supervisors and PC (Promoter) teams across modern trade channels nationwide. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-out performance and achieve assigned targets. - Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store-level customers. - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and execution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales or area sales team management, including at least 4 years of managerial experience leading and supervising team members. - Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel Pivot Table, VLOOKUP. - Have Car and Driving license, willingness to travel and work in upcountry areas as required. <Indetails> - Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. - Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. - Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop structured strategies. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - From IT gadgets, IT accessory industry
