Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage sales and marketing activities related to the construction leasing of construction machinery. - Coordinate with construction company customers, prepare product presentations, and support general sales operations. - Identify new business opportunities, maintain and build up existing customer relationships, and expand the client base within the construction sector. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy and prepare comprehensive sales and market analysis reports. - Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (both online and offline), industry events, and promotional activities. - Perform client credit review and assessment, managing risk associated with customer leasing agreements. - Perform other assignments as instructed by supervisors, including administrative tasks and cross-departmental projects.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Leasing Industry, with experience in credit case review (Construction) - Conversational high in English required for internal reporting and client communication. - Holding a valid driving license and willingness to travel as business requires. <Details> - Ability to analyze market trends and sales data. - Soft skills such as relationship management, business opportunity identification, and strategic planning.
