<Job Responsibilities> <Primary Focus: Existing Partner Management> - Manage and grow sales through current dealers - Increase partner engagement via regular business reviews, performance tracking, and joint planning - Improve partner sell-through by providing sales tools, promotions, and enablement support - Strengthen partner commitment to company products and solutions Partner Enablement & Support - Deliver product training, sales training, and solution updates to partners - Provide marketing collateral, demo environments, and pre-sales support - Plan and execute partner events, workshops, and webinars Sales Execution & Pipeline Management - Monitor partner pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting - Support partners in opportunity development and co-selling activities - Ensure compliance with pricing rules and deal registration processes <Secondary: Channel Expansion (As Needed) > - Identify potential new partners to strengthen coverage in niche or underserved areas - Evaluate and onboard new partners to complement the existing partner ecosystem
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years as Sales in IT products - At least 2 years as management experience (Assistant Manager or Manager level) - Conversation Middle to High level in Japanese (JLPT N3+) - Conversation High to Business in English (To communicate with Japanese top managemet, client and document) - Have own car with driving license <In detail> - Experience in sell-through management and partner performance optimization - Understanding of IT solutions (software, cloud, hardware, networking, or security) - Strong marketing knowledge, including channel marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - High learning agility with a strong willingness to continuously absorb new knowledge, including new technologies and market trends - Strong proactiveness with the ability to identify issues, drive actions, and initiate improvements independently - Ability to analyze risks related to partner performance, sales pipeline, and market dynamics, and propose mitigation strategies - Solid computer and AI literacy <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in GPS tracking & Fleet management. - Holding TOEIC score - Early join candidates - Strong relationships with local dealers preferred
