Work Outline: Leading Home Appliances Team to reach budget that include communicate with suppliers and customers in term of price, new business development etc. Improve internal communicate with related divisions like RM, Accounting etc. educate team members in term of OJT to reach team budget and further business development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maximize team manpower to reach budget as settled
Monitor the credit line set for customers/ suppliers
Educate team member to reach team budget and generate new business potential
Expand business that will not limit only Thailand but also ASEAN and other possible countries
Improve team operation & communication both internal and external
Able to work under pressure and play as team leader to lead Home Appliances team to reach as sale budget that include new business expansion and educate young generation sales staff
Support AGM, DGM, GM for team management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40years old
Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or related field
8-10 years’ experience in Chemicals field
Having background of plastic resin trading in domestic, import & export. If have direct experience for Home Appliances business will be advantage.
Knowledge in plastic business both sales & engineer
Experience in Japanese trading industry
Good command in English and Japanese (for communication and making report)
Active, Energetic, Interpersonal, Leadership, Able to work with team
Languages skills
English: Advanced (highest) – Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 700 and above)
Japanese: Advanced (highest) – Business Conversation Level (At least JPLT N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17.00 (Working Hour 7.25 hours) (Lunch break 12:00 – 13:15)
