Sales and Marketing Manager (Distributor) (50K-60K) (SDG-77539) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและการตลาด (ผู้จัดจำหน่าย) <Job Responsibilities> Planning • Sales Planning: Planning budget and target for long & short periods. • Product planning: Product planning based on customers' needs and government regulations Marketing • Brand positioning: Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and set target segments • Create brand awareness and loyalty: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Competitors' analysis: Get competitors' information to analyze sales activities such as sales promotion, advertising, etc. Sales Activity • Maintain existing customers: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Find new customers: Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products and services. • Sales related documents: Quotation, Specification related documents creation • Proposal & Presentation: Make best proposals for layout and capacity and model combination • Negotiation & Contract: Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales contracts / agreements • Arrangement Make purchase and production order to vendors. • Follow-up: Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, control overall schedule for PJs. • Acceptance: Make all inadequate items clear and receive acceptance confirmation Management • Team management Manage and supervise subordinates to follow company rules and regulation and supervise all business of Sales and Marketing • Other assigned by Sales and Marketing GM
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, 35-40 years old - Bachelor's degree from major of Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer - 10 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing - Knowledge in mixing plant, construction, and/or heavy machine - Highly experienced in manger or supervisory level - Fluent in English both written and verbal (Speak with Japanese management) - Driving license (Company's car provided) <In detail > - Be able to work under pressure - Highly experienced in manger or supervisory level - Experience in dealing with distributorship - Positive attitude and willing to work hard achieve goal <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Experience in construction heavy equipment, machine or concrete or asphalt mixing plant, Road construction machinery such as road roller, Excavator, Wirtgen and so on. - Asphalt Mixing Plant - Own car Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Bangna, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: depend on client request >) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: The leading Asphalt Mixing Plant and Maintenance Service & Remote-Control System Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants
