Maintain strategic relationships with new 20% and existing clients 80% and expand the market.
Keep the relationship with existing client for renew the contract.
Carry out others sales and marketing related activities e.g. designing marketing plans and proposals, creating detailed proposal documents, negotiating on terms and conditions with potential customers.
Manage sales and marketing team including coordinate with related functions for the achievement of sales target.
Manage, develop and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI are met.
Ensure positive relationships with clients, tenants, and prospect customers and team to the company's benefit.
Negotiating on rental terms and conditions with potential customers.
Make all correspondence to foreign customers and process sales documents, report, agreement for foreign customers
Any other tasks to be advised by MD.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 35-49 years old
Bachelor Degree or Higher in MBA, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as sales in real estate, property or facilities management.
Management and leadership skills are necessary
Able to communicate with foreigner (TOEIC score over 800)
Excellent communication in English with 4 skills
Experience in Multi-National Company
