Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with customers regarding purchase orders (POs), sales forecasts, and all matters related to sales and marketing. - Supervise and control the Sales staff for Sales office jobs, including tasks such as issuing invoices, inputting PO data, and sales forecasting. - Support the Japanese Manager in cost calculation and preparation of quotations. - Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate and communicate with the factory regarding production, orders, and related matters. - Manage customer relationships and follow up on sales and marketing activities. - Prepare reports and presentations related to sales performance and marketing initiatives. - Handle administrative tasks for the sales and marketing function as required. - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles. - At least 1 years of management subordinates - Conversational High to Business level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2-N1) for internal communication with Japanese report line and clients <In details> - Proficient in document handling and data entry. - Ability to work well under pressure and learn quickly. - Willingness to attend training in Prachinburi and undertake business trips (approximately 1-2 overnight trips per month). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Conversational Middle or high Level English proficiency for handling emails and documents. - Working experience in Automobile wire Harness, Car sensor, or Automotive parts. - Work or Study experience in Japan. - Candidate able to join the company early.
