Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with customers regarding purchase orders (POs), sales forecasts, and all matters related to sales and marketing. - Supervise and control the Sales staff for Sales office jobs, including tasks such as issuing invoices, inputting PO data, and sales forecasting. - Support the Japanese Manager in cost calculation and preparation of quotations. - Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate and communicate with the factory regarding production, orders, and related matters. - Manage customer relationships and follow up on sales and marketing activities. - Prepare reports and presentations related to sales performance and marketing initiatives. - Handle administrative tasks for the sales and marketing function as required. - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from Automotive Parts or Electronic parts *Preferably Direct experience from Wire harness - At least 1 year as senior or supervisor level (management subordinates) - Conversational Middle in English (e-mail and documents) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Preferably Direct experience from Wire harness) - Experience in Japanese company
