Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and forecast sales numbers of each client independently (Distributor/Partner/Direct Business) - Creating demand via marketing activities and increasing sales volume with gross margin - Creating demand via promotion and increasing sales volume with gross margin - Establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Designers, and Consultants - Summarize overall channel activities on a weekly and monthly basis, and support team activities - Utilize market knowledge of electrical components to inform sales and marketing strategies - Analyze sales data and market trends to develop forecasts and business plans - Prepare and present sales reports to management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years' experience in Distributor Channel Management & Direct Sales Business in industrial product - Conversational middle level in English (for internal communication, emails, and documents) - Have a driver's license and own car (Can travel to up-country and other countries for business trips) <Details> - Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office - Have a driver's license and own car - Strong communication and organization skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge of LV Inverter, Servo Motor, PLC, HMI, and Factory Automation market is advantageous - Having connections in Building Automation Systems is advantageous
