Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
-Making documents such as Quotation, invoice
-Visiting existing clients 3-4 times per month by using own car. *100% existing client
-Supporting for customer inquiries over the phone.
-Checking requests and complaints from Japanese customers and providing Thai-Japanese interpretation and translation.
-Interpreting from Thai to Japanese for internal communication.
(Japanese MD, Japanese Administrator)
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
-At least 1 year of experience in communicating with customer in any industry
-Conversational High level of Japanese (N2 up or Able to use Japanese in business situation)
-Having personal car
-Basic level of English
-Microsoft Office skill (Excel,Outlook,Power point)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having working experience in small company
-Conversational low level in English
-Willing to Support other members
-the person who lives in Samut Prakarn area for commuting
Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:55-17:15(Mon-Fri(Every other Saturday working))
