Work Outline: Responsible for overall sales activity such as target, customer visit control, revenue tonnage for Airfreight business
Duties & Responsibilities:
Expand the airfreight export/import/warehouse/cross boarder business under sales activity
Set up the year and quarterly target and sales strategy with management
Set up target customer and sales revenue and weight for each sales staff
KPI for staff’s activity and reporting the result to management
KPI for on time performance about quotation submission and respond to customer
Hold meeting with sales team for checking activity for each sales staff
Act as account owner for some big account
Suggest the new business idea and change the business model to management
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 25-33 years old
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
At least 1-2 years’ experience as Sales in airfreight business, logistics or related field
Good command of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in handling big account in airfreight business
Leadership as Sales member, meeting KPI for own sales activity
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor/ Prompong
Working Hour: 8:30 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
