Duties & Responsibility:
Acquisition of new clients by using your strong connection in Thailand
Main Clients : 1)Major developers, 2)Shopping Mall, 3)Owner
Conclusion of a contract to new clients
Business model is free (Up to you)
Preferable If can be possible
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Set individual sales targets with sales team
Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
Evaluate performance of sales staff
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 40-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Person who have a lot of connections with clients(executive decision)
Clients : 1)Major developers, 2)Shopping Mall, 3)Owner
Advanced Conversational English Skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have experience of working in competitor
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/ MRT Su-khumvit
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 70,000-100,000 THB Negotiable
