Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate and communicate within the company group, customers, and service providers
- Receive orders and forecasts from customers, plan and process orders to the factory
- Coordinate between the sales team, customer support, and factory for the order and shipping status, and follow up on documents related to
- Response for Customer Support Division and Sales documents (Filling)
- Attend delivery plan meeting
- Manage assignments related to ISO/IATF
- Review and check import-export documents
- Prepare for the report to Management
- Monitoring and tracking order & shipping status for customers with the factory to be on schedule
- Update order request & shipping status between customer, factory, and service provider
- Visit the client if necessary
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer support or sales coordinator in the Automotive industry *communicating with clients is mandatory
- Knowledge of import & export and customs clearance
- Conversational high level of English (To communicate with overseas group companies via phone, email, and documents)
- Good computer skills in Outlook and MS Excel (Vlookup)
- Logically understand and conduct repeated tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Automotive OEM or OEM-related background
- OEM ordering and or logistics experience
- Experience in ERP(QAD) system
- Experience with a freight forwarder
- TOEIC 600 up
