Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare purchase orders and handle order processing (order placement and receipt) - Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and customers (*group companies in Singapore, Indonesia, and Japan) - Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations - Manage inventory and stock control - Perform general administrative duties - Conduct product research through online sources - Prepare and submit import/export–related documents and coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders - Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese Managing Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of experience in import and export or sales administration in trading/consumer goods/health care/chemical industry - Experience in order receiving and order placement - Work experience in a Japanese company - Conversational-middle level of English (to communicate with group companies in Singapore, Indonesia, and Japan) - Candidates who can join between the end of March and April <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with Thailand FDA regulations and hazardous chemical compliance - Familiarity with import/export and delivery documentation, as well as chemical and food-related regulations
