Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Tasks as Admin / Sales Admin] - Handle general admin and office support tasks, including document management, office supply ordering, reception/phone handling, and internal coordination. - Support smooth office operations through administrative procedures and data management. - Support the sales team with order processing, preparation of quotations/invoices, delivery schedule coordination, and sales data aggregation. - Manage customer and project information, and handle inquiries to improve sales operation efficiency. - Handle various coordination and communications with the headquarters and the Singapore office. - Manage invoice-related communications (including support for HQ-related and Singapore-related cases). - Coordinate service department members across TJapanese HQ and Singapore: Arrange member assignment and support from the Thailand office to those branches Consolidate requests from each country (confirm required headcount and support scope) Communicate and deploy requests from each country to relevant stakeholders in Thailand [Tasks as Sales] - Visit clients to understand their needs and check product in operation (New 10% / Existing 90%). - Develop new clients by using own connections and network. - Import products from Japan, Singapore and sell them in Thailand. - Communicate with group companies in Japan, Singapore to collect product information. - Manage and control the progress of orders, delivery, and operation processes for clients. - Prepare sales documents such as quotations and invoices. - Including overseas and domestic business trips, about once every three months. - Perform other duties as assigned by the reportline. <Remark> - Visit 1 client per week, if at all (when the employee as sales) - This position has to use own car for sales activity - Although this role is hired as a Sales position, the industry is highly specialized. Therefore, in the beginning, this position will work as a Sales Assistant to gain practical experience and learn the necessary knowledge and skills.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Having experience in the electronic industry - More than 3 years of working experience as the Administration or Sales Administration - Conversational middle level of English - A Person who can go on a business trip to overseas countries - A Person who can use their own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in a Japanese company
